Experience
Successful management and participation in over 2000
mediations involving personal injury law, first and third-party insurance
disputes, construction, real estate, probate, family law, and commercial/consumer
law, including Art. 9 and DTPA.
Over seventy juries put in the box. Extensive trial
and appellate experience in diverse areas of civil litigation, including
negligence, premises liability (including security), probate, products
liability, insurance actions (first and third party, including 21.21),
construction, real estate, commercial and consumer litigation (including
DTPA). Representation of individual and corporate clients, as plaintiffs
and defendants, including claimants, insurance carriers (primary and
excess), and self-insureds.
Philosophy Towards Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR)
Economical yet quality A.D.R. is my personal and professional
goal. The economic and emotional values of settling disputes, not just
lawsuits, have been proven again and again. Unfortunately, the price
of many mediations and arbitrations are too costly to be efficient.
Fee Schedule
Mediations are $300.00 per attorney
for a half-day and $500.00 per attorney for a whole
day.
Class action, mass tort and group mediations negotiable
to agreement of all parties.
No “set-up” or administrative
fee. No cancellation fee.
