This site is intended as an encouragement for parties to seize control of their disputes, and to resolve those disputes without surrendering control of that resolution to a judge or jury. This site also will give you information about my services as a mediator. Although I am a licensed attorney who has been practicing in the State of Texas since 1986, this page is not an advertisement for my services as an attorney, nor should it be construed as such.

This site has three basic elements. The first is to give you information regarding mediation as an alternative to lawsuits or trials.
